Your monthly bill will be sent to your registered email address between the 1st - 15th of each month*
The outstanding bill will also be charged to your credit / debit card on file between the 1st - 15th of each month*. Please make sure that the credit / debit card that you have registered with us is always up-to-date and has sufficient funds for deductions!
In the event that we are unable to charge your credit/debit card, you will receive an outstanding payment reminder.
A second attempt will be made to charge your credit / debit card in the next one to three business days. You will also be able to use the Pay Bills option in the Home > View Upcoming Bills > Pay Bills to re-initiate a payment anytime you want and clear your outstanding bills.
If there is a consecutive payment failure, you might experience service disruption.
You have the option to update your card details in the Circles.Life app under Home>Profile >Credit Card Details>Click the pencil icon to update.
