- Open the app.
- Go to Billing.
- Select the month you want to view.

Your bill will be sent to your registered email address every month between 1st - 15th of the month. Open the email and click the attached PDF to view your bill.
Q2: My bill is password-protected. How do I open it?
Your bill is protected for security reasons. To open it, use the following password:

Password = Your DOB (DDMMYYYY) + the last 4 characters of your NRIC/FIN (in lowercase).
- Example: If your DOB is 3rd April 1990 and your NRIC is S9xxx888F, the password will be: 03041990888f.
