Yes you can! You can transfer post-paid numbers from your current telco to Circles.Life. If you have a pre-paid number, you’ll need to change your number to a post-paid number. We’d recommend that you check with your current telco on how to do that and what costs may be involved!

If you want to transfer your number during your signup
Select ‘Keep old number’ when you get to the $0 /mo Flexi Plan sign up page and fill in the relevant details.
Complete your sign up and we'll do the rest. No sweat! Remember not to terminate your service with your current telco, as we won't be able to transfer your number to Circles.Life then. Your line with your current telco will be automatically terminated once we've successfully transferred your number to Circles.Life. All you need to do is sit back and relax.
If you want to transfer your number after you’ve received your SIM card
Head to your CirclesCare app > Settings > Port number for another telco and fill the form in! The transfer process will be initiated on the night of the date you choose under 'date of porting'.
If you've transferred your number to Circles.Life while you're on the $0 /mo Flexi Plan, your 2 GB /mo of Porting Bonus Data will be added to your account when you upgrade to the $28 /mo Base Plan!
