If your ID upload has failed, you won’t be able to use your SIM card as it won’t be active yet.
But don’t worry! Here’s what you need to do to get yourself up and running:
- Head to the email we sent you about this and re-upload your ID.
- On the page where you re-upload your ID, schedule a new delivery or self-collection of your new SIM card.
- When you receive or collect your new SIM card, it will be active within 2 hours!
You won’t be charged any extra fees for arranging a delivery or self-collection.
Please note that you won’t be able to use the SIM card you collected at the Singpost location anymore, so you can discard it as you will be receiving a new one.
