For just $7 a month, you can get your device insured against accidental and liquid damage (including cracked screens) with Circles PhoneProtect. What a steal. You can subscribe to the device insurance for up to a year.
We’re not even done yet! With the device insurance that’s underwritten by HL Assurance (HLA), you get door-to-door repairs or replacement*. Ok, now we’re done.
You can subscribe for device insurance through the Circles.Life app (currently only available for iOS users) and cancel anytime just by giving HL Assurance a quick phone call. Here’s how to subscribe to it:

1. Head to your Circles.Life app > Profile (you’ll find this at the very bottom - right corner of your CL homepage).
2. Click ‘Buy Now’ under the Insurance section and check out the coverage you’ll be getting.
3. Fill in your device information.
To find out your IMEI number, just dial *#06# on your device and your IMEI number will pop up on the screen. Take a screenshot of this and upload it in the ‘IMEI Number’ section.
4. Fill up your own personal details.
Once you’ve submitted this, we’ll need some time (within 2 working days) to process your device insurance application. When your subscription has been confirmed, we’ll process your payment and our partner, HL Assurance, will send you an email to confirm this as well! If your subscription isn’t approved, HL Assurance will reach out and explain why your application was rejected by email as well. You can check on the status of your device insurance on the Circles.Life app.
Your subscription is on a monthly basis and you’ll be charged every month as long as you continue to subscribe to the device insurance (for a maximum of 12 months coverage).
The device insurance covers accidental damages (including screen cracks and liquid damage) on your device. This does not cover cosmetic damages. For more detailed information on what is covered or excluded, please refer to the Terms here.
