*Insurance must be subscribed to at the same time as your device purchase on the Circles.Life website.
All you have to do is head to your Circles.Life app > Profile > Insurance and click on the device you wish to claim for. Once you’re there, click the ‘claim’ button. You’ll be taken to our partner HL Assurance’s website to make your claim.
Please note that you’ll only be able to make 1 claim for your device. If you’ve already made a claim, your device insurance will be automatically unsubscribed for that device.
You will not be able to re-subscribe for insurance for this device. For any questions about your claim, please reach out to HL Assurance directly at 6922 6000.
