Line termination (excluding port-outs/number transfers to other telcos) will be scheduled at the end of the month.
For example, if you request a line termination on 15 Dec 2024, your line will remain active until 31 Dec 2024. You will be charged for the entire month of December. The line will be terminated on 1 Jan 2025, and no charges will be applied for January.
However, any payg incurred in December 2024 will still appear on your January 2025 bill and must be paid.
