We understand that billing can sometimes be confusing, especially in cases of suspension or changes to your account. Below, we’ve provided answers to common questions about your final bill, refunds, and adjustments.
1. Can I get a refund for the days my Circles.Life account was suspended?
If your account was suspended and reactivated within the same billing cycle, we’ll apply a bill waiver for the suspension period. This waiver will be reflected on your next bill. Adjustments are applied based on the duration of your suspension within the billing cycle.
If your account has been permanently terminated due to long-term suspension or inactivity, you’ll receive a final bill. This bill will include any remaining balances or charges up to the termination date.
2. Do you provide refund if I port out from Circles.Life or terminate my line?
We understand that circumstances change! If you choose to port out from Circles.Life, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, so you can still enjoy your benefits for the entire month. To make the most of your plan, we encourage you to port out or terminate only at the end of the billing cycle, ensuring you get full value from your subscription. As your plan is pre-paid for the entire month, we are unable to offer refunds for unused days.
3. How can I see or pay my bill after porting out/termination from Circles.Life?
We understand it can be frustrating not being able to access your Circles.Life account when there’s an outstanding balance. To avoid this, please make sure your bill is fully settled before porting out or terminating your line.
Your account will remain active until the end of the billing cycle, so you can enjoy your benefits until then. We recommend saving a copy of your bill via the Circles.Life app, as access may not be available after termination. Your final bill will also be sent to your registered email.
If your final bill hasn’t been settled yet and your account is already terminated or ported out, we’ll send you an email with payment instructions. Simply follow the steps to complete your payment.
