We understand that receiving payment reminders after making a payment can be confusing. Here are some reasons why this might happen:
- Payment Processing Time
- Payments made via credit or debit cards can take up to 48 hours to process and reflect in our system. If you’ve already paid, you might still receive reminders during this time.
- Reminders Sent Before Payment Reflection
- Payment reminders are sent automatically as part of our system's billing process. If your payment was made close to or after the reminder was generated, you might still receive a notification even though your payment is in progress.
- Outstanding Balances
- If you have multiple Circles.Life lines or additional usage charges (e.g., Pay-As-You-Go), there might be an outstanding balance that hasn’t been covered by your payment. Check your bill in the Circles.Life app under: Home > View Upcoming Bills > Past Bills.
- First Bill Adjustment
- For new customers, the first bill includes charges for two months:
- A pro-rated charge for the first month (from SIM delivery to month-end).
- An advance charge for the second month.
- If you’ve only paid the base subscription, additional charges like Plus Options or Pay-As-You-Go usage may remain unpaid.
