Once you have purchased your Family Plan SIM cards, you will receive an email with your delivery details and time slot.
Upon receiving your new SIM card, follow the steps detailed to activate it accordingly, and you’re done!
Existing customers:
Upon placing your request, your Circles.Life account will be migrated to a Primary Account within the same working day. Once migrated, you can start exploring the app to see the brand new family plan features.
Your sub-SIM Cards will be activated as soon as you receive them. Simply insert your new SIM card and you’re ready to go.
