Using 5G with your device

On iPhones:

1. Step 1: Update your iPhone 12 series (12, 12 Pro, Mini & Pro Max) software 
1. Open “Settings”
2. Scroll down and select "General"
3. Select “Software update”
4. Click on “Download and install”
2. Step 2: Turn on 5G on your iPhone 12 series (12, 12 Pro, Mini & Pro Max) using these steps:
1. Open “Settings”
2. Select "Mobile Data"
3. Select "Mobile Data Options"
4. Select "Voice & Data"
5. Click on "5G Auto"

Use 5G with your iPhone.

On Samsung phones:

1. Step 1: Update your Samsung Note20 5G or Note20 Ultra 5G software
1. Open “Settings”
2. Scroll down and select “Software update”
3. Click on “Download and install”
2. Step 2: Turn on 5G on your Samsung Note20 5G or Note20 Ultra 5G using these steps:
1. Open “Settings”
2. Select “Connections”
3. Tap on “Mobile networks”
4. Click on “Network mode”
5. Select “5G/LTE/WCDMA/GSM (auto connect)”
