(a) between 16 and 60 years old (both ages inclusive); and
(b) a registered Circles.Life customer.

Q3. Can I sign up for this policy on behalf of someone else on the Circles.Life mobile app?
No. Only a registered Circles.Life customer is able to sign up for this policy for himself/herself on the Circles.Life mobile app.
Q4. How do I sign up for the AIG’s Total Bill Protection Plan on the Circles.Life mobile app?
- Go to the AIG’s Total Bill Protection Plan shop page.
- Click on the “Get insured” button below.
- Select your preferred plan.
- Confirm your payment by clicking on the “Buy Now” button.
- Look out for your payment confirmation email from us for next steps.
Q5: When does my coverage under this policy start?
Your policy will start on the 1st of the next month (i.e.,., if you purchase your policy on 15 November, your coverage will start on 1 December if you are eligible for the cover).
However, for policies purchased within the last 4 working days of any month, your policy will only start on the 1st of the subsequent month, due to the processing time required to administer your policy. (i.e., if you purchase your policy on 30 November, your coverage will start only on 1 January).
Q6. How am I billed for this insurance policy?
- Once you click the “Buy Now” button, the first month’s premium will be charged to your credit card on file.
- Once your policy starts, the premium will be charged to your telco bill on a monthly basis.
Q7. How will my personal details be shared?
By signing up for the policy, you agree to have your personal details shared and disclosed to AIG for the necessary checks, approvals and operations as stated in AIG’s data privacy policy. More information on AIG’s uses of personal data can be found in the privacy policy here.
Q8. What should I do if I need to update my policy details?
Once your subscription has been confirmed, you will receive an email from AIG containing your policy document. Please check that your purchased plan and personal details are accurate.
