1. Check for Updates
An old version of the app may also cause issues hence upgrading to the latest version mostly resolves the issue. You may click on the options below to check if your app is on its latest version:
2. Log In / Log Out
If you are having issues with some sections in our app -- you can log out, close the Circles.Life app and log back in. Allow 15 minutes to pass from your last attempt before logging back in. No password is required to log in. Just key in the OTP that will be sent to your Circles.Life number.
3. Restart Your Phone
Most issues are resolved by simply restarting your device. You may do this by pressing and holding your device’s power button.
