For Primary account
You can transfer your number from any postpaid line from other telco providers. If you’re a Circles.Life existing user, check out this guide instead. Primary account's number transfer can be done during the SIM activation process or on the Circles.Life app after activation.
- During SIM activation process:
- Select ‘Transfer Number’ when you activate your Primary SIM.
- Complete the activation flow.
- You will receive an email confirmation about your transfer.
- After activation:
- Login to the Circles.Life app with the new number provided.
- Click Profile => Port Number
- Fill in the necessary details to complete number transferring.
- You will receive an email confirmation about your transfer.
For Sub accounts
You will only be able to transfer your number after you receive a Circles.Life assigned number (emailed to your Primary account email address after the Primary SIM is activated).
Once you receive your your assigned new number, simply follow the steps below:
- Login to the Circles.Life app for Sub Account with the new number provided.
- Click Profile => Port Number
- Fill in the necessary details to complete number transferring.
- You will receive an email confirmation about your transfer.
Note: As a Circles.Life user, you can only transfer your number as a Primary account, For Sub accounts, you can either transfer a number from another telco or get a new number.
