As an existing Circles.Life user, you can only transfer your number as a Primary account. For Sub accounts, you can either transfer a number from another telco or get a new number.
- Head on over to your Circles.Life app.
- On the home page, scroll down to find “Family Plan” under the Explore section.
- Choose the number of Sub SIMs that you would like to have, fill in your delivery details, and complete your order.
- Once your Sub SIMs arrive, follow the instructions in the parcel, or the Number Transferring Guide to complete your porting process.
Your Circles.Life account will be migrated to the Primary Account within 2 hours upon activation. Once done, you can start exploring the app to see Family Plan features.
