Simply follow the steps below:
- Open your Circles.Life app.
- On the home page, scroll down to the Explore section and click Family Plan.
- Click on Add more SIMs, choose the number of additional Sub SIMs you want, fill in your delivery details and complete your order.
- Once your SIMs arrive, your Sub SIMs will be activated automatically, as long as the Parent SIM is activated. You can simply insert your new SIM card then log in to the Circles.Life app using the Sub line to transfer your numbers (If needed).
Note: As a Circles.Life user, you can only transfer your number as a Primary account, For Sub accounts, you can either transfer a number from another telco or get a new number.
