Here’s a quick guide on setting up your e-SIM:
- Make sure you have a stable internet connection when scanning the QR code for your e-SIM.
- Ensure that your device is compatible with e-SIMs. Click HERE for the current list of eSIM supported devices.
- After e-SIM is added, please allow up to an hour for the e-SIM to be activated.
- If you have yet to see your QR code via email, you can log in to our ‘Manage Order’ page HERE. Kindly clear the cookies and the cache of your browser and then log in with your DOB and number. From there, you will see the "Resend QR" option. Please be advised that you can only download the QR code three (3) times.
If the issue persists, please prepare the following information in order for us to examine the issue further.
- Full name
- Date of birth
- Last characters of your IC (ex. 123A)
- Order number
- Photos of your physical SIM card (front & back)
- Screenshot of the error message
- Phone model
