Currently the automated waiver flow supports only PAYG / AutoRoam charges
We are working to bring more types of charges, do keep a look out on that.
You can only raise waiver for charges up to 3 months back.
Automated waivers only applies to charges in the last 3 months, including upcoming month's bill.
If you have any charges older than 3 months, you have to reach out to us here to do so manually.
You can only raise 1 waiver at a time via the App.
Every month, you are eligible to request a single type of waiver once. This means that, if you have raised a waiver request for AutoRoam ($10) charged in February 2025, you will not be able to raise the same waiver request for the same month.
