We launched Automated Waiver Requests in March 2025 to help customers easily request a waiver for unexpected Roaming Pay-as-you-go or AutoRoam charges.
What you can do with it:
- Request a waiver for AutoRoam, Unlimited Data charges
- Get an instant outcome after submitting your request
With this feature, you will no longer need to reach out to an agent to request and get your waivers approved.
How does it work?
We’ll automatically check your data usage in the background.
- If no data usage is detected, your request will be approved right away, and the waiver will be applied to your account.
You can see the waiver reflected on your Billing page in the app.
