There are a few possible reasons shown in the email.
Waiver Rejection Reason | What it means |
WAIVER_ALREADY_REDEEMED | This means you have already received a waiver for this month. To prevent the abuse of waiver requests, we’re only allowing one waiver type to be approved in a single month. If you have an existing waiver with a corresponding amount, we’ll not be able to issue another waiver. |
USAGE LIMIT EXCEEDED | We detected usage through our backend system and therefore, cannot approve the waiver request. We can only provide waivers for charges to the add-on or boost that have not been utilised. |
WAIVER_EXISTS_SAME_PRICE | The charge you’re disputing is part of a bundled plan and there is already an existing waiver applied to this charge. |
