Once you receive your SIM card, you'll be able to transfer your number here (please note that this is only accessible through a mobile browser). This process is also applicable for a Primary SIM under the Family Plan.
If you are a Sub-SIM under the Family Plan, you can only transfer your number after receiving a Circles.Life assigned number, which will be emailed to the Primary SIM's email address once it’s activated. Once you have your assigned number, follow these steps:
- Download our Circles.Life app here (please open the link on a mobile phone).
- Log in to the app using your Circles.Life assigned number.
- Click Profile > Account > Port-in number
4. Enter the details of your existing number from the other telco.
Things to note before transferring your number:
- DO NOT terminate your number with your current telco. If you do, we won’t be able to transfer your number to Circles.Life, and that would be a huge setback!
- Your service with your current telco will be automatically terminated once we’ve successfully transferred your number to Circles.Life.
- If your contract has already ended, you will not incur termination fees. However, if you're unsure, we recommend checking with your current telco about any potential fees before you initiate the transfer.
If you initially opted for a new number but later decide to transfer your existing number, you can do so through our Circles.Life app. For more details, refer to this article.
