iOS
For iOS devices, APN is set automatically.
If you would like to reset your APN, you may perform reset of your network settings by going to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
Please note that network reset may erase the WiFi names and password saved on your devices.
Android
For Android devices, you may check that your APN is set to Sunsurf by going to Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names > Check that APN is set to 'Sunsurf'.
Please enable only this APN.
If the APN is not showing, try to reset your network settings by going to Settings > General >Reset > Reset Network Settings.
For dual-SIM devices: Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Select SIM Card > Select your Circles.Life SIM > Access Point Names
Please note that network reset may erase the WiFi names and password saved on your devices.
However, if the APN is not listed at all, you can still add it manually by going to your phone Settings > Connection > Mobile Network > Access Point Names > Add > Enter the information below:
- Name: circles
- APN: sunsurf
- Proxy
- Port
- Username
- Password
- MMSC
- MMS Proxy
- MMS Port
- MCC: 525
- MNC: 03
- Authentication type
- APN type
- APN Protocol: IPV4
- APN roaming protocol
After following these steps, kindly restart your phone and check if you can now use your data.
