If your account is suspended, you can still settle your outstanding balance directly through the Circles.Life app.
Steps to Pay:
- Log in to the app and go to Home > Billing > Pay Now.
- Confirm your card details are correct.
- Select the bill with the failed payment and click the ‘Pay Now’ button.
- A new payment attempt will be automatically initiated.
Once the payment is processed, your bill will be marked as "Paid" under Past Bills.
Important Notes:
- Late Payment Fees: If payment is not made within one month of the invoice date, late fees may apply, and your account could risk suspension.
- Maintenance: The Pay Now function is unavailable on the 1st day of each month from 00:00 to 12:00 due to scheduled maintenance.
- Manual Payment: If you can't access the Pay Now option, contact support for alternative payment methods, like bank transfer.
- Reactivation: Your account will only be reactivated once the full outstanding balance is paid. Reactivation usually takes 1-2 working days.
- Partial Payment: If only part of the balance is paid, your account will remain suspended until the full amount is settled.
To Avoid Suspension:
- Enable auto-deduction with a valid payment card.
- Check the app regularly for payment reminders.
- If you're facing financial difficulties, request a payment extension through our support team to avoid suspension.
