We support credit/debit cards only. We’ll automatically deduct payment from your credit/debit card that was used when you initially signed up and built your Circles.Life plan! Just make sure that your card is valid and has sufficient balance and we'll take care of everything else.
You can always update your card details via Circles.Life app under Bills > View Upcoming Bills > Bills Charged To (please open the link from your mobile phone as this will redirect you to the app)
Your monthly bill will be sent to your registered email address within the first 15 working days of the month.
The outstanding bill will also be charged to your credit/debit card on file within the first 15 working days of the month. Please make sure that the credit/debit card that you have registered with us is always up-to-date and has sufficient funds for deductions!
In the event that we are unable to charge your credit/debit card, you will receive an outstanding payment reminder.
A second attempt will be made to charge your credit/debit card in the next one to three business days. You will also be able to use the Pay Bills option in the Home > View Upcoming Bills > Pay Bills to re-initiate a payment anytime you want and clear your outstanding bills.
If there is a consecutive payment failure, you might experience service disruption.
