The "Pay Now" button is only available if there is an outstanding balance from the previous month that we were unable to deduct from your saved credit card.
If you don’t see the “Pay Now” button, it means your account is in good standing, and there’s no outstanding balance to pay.
You can pay any outstanding bills from the first day of the month onwards while waiting for the auto-deduction of your upcoming bill.
Note: Pay Now function on the app is UNAVAILABLE on the 1st day of each month, from 00:00 - 12:00, due to scheduled maintenance. It will be available for use afterwards.
