We have a standardized payment process for all our customers, and unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate specific billing or payment deduction dates for those who request a payment delay.
Payments are processed in the first few days of each month, and in the event of a failed payment, we will make re-attempts within 1-3 business days. We closely monitor the payment status of customers with failed transactions, and if the outstanding balance exceeds a certain threshold, it may lead to a service disruption.
To avoid this, kindly ensure that your debit or credit card on file has sufficient funds for payment processing. Alternatively, you can manually make a payment via the "Pay Now" feature under Home > View Upcoming Bills > Pay Now.
Please be aware that a $5 late payment fee will apply if any of the following conditions are met:
- You have not paid at least two bills, resulting in an outstanding balance of over SGD $50;
- You have an outstanding balance of over SGD $50 for more than 50 days;
- You have an overdue bill exceeding SGD $200.
This fee will be applied to the bill issued after your account is suspended.
