We have a standard payment process for all our customers and we are unable to set specific billing dates or payment deduction dates for customers who request a payment delay.
We run payment rounds in the first few days of the month and, if the payment fails, we re-attempt again within 1-3 business days. However, we monitor the usage of customers who have failed payment and an increase in the outstanding amount beyond a certain point would result in service disruption.
Simply ensure that your debit or credit card on file has sufficient funds for us to charge your account. You can also run payment yourself through the PayNow feature in Home > View Upcoming Bills > Pay Now.
If payments have been unsuccessful by the 25th of that month, you will be charged a $15 late payment fee in your next bill.
