If you want to switch your existing Circles.Life Physical SIM Card to an eSIM:
In this case, we made it easy for you to convert your plan to eSIM. 😁
1. Simply head over to the Manage Order page and login. (Alternatively, you can go to https://www.circles.life/sg > Help > Manage Order).
2. Scroll down and click "SIM replacement".
| ❗ Please note that once you switch your Circles.Life number to eSIM, you will not be able to switch it back to Physical SIM. |
3. Please check that your device is eSIM-compatible. Upon requesting for an eSIM, your physical SIM card will be immediately deactivated.
4. Please note: there will be an identity verification required. This is to ensure the SIM swap request to eSIM is genuine. You will prompted to verify via your Singpass. You will be notified via email once verification is completed.
5. Upon verification, your eSIM QR code will be emailed to you.
6. Scan the QR code to install the eSIM into your device. Please ensure you have a stable WiFi.
7. You will then need to activate your eSIM via your mobile app here. Once activated, you are set to go!
