Customers can use the PAY NOW feature in the Circles.Life app to initiate payment for outstanding bills, including suspended or throttled accounts with synced bills. Once the payment is successfully processed, the status will change to "Paid", and suspended accounts will be reactivated within 2 business days.
When PAY NOW is Available:
- Bills have been sent to the customer but not yet paid.
- Outstanding bills from previous months are synced with the current billing cycle.
When PAY NOW is Not Available:
- If the bills are already paid, the PAY NOW option won’t appear on the app.
- If bills have not been sent, or there’s no outstanding balance to pay, the PAY NOW option will not show.
Important Note:
- The PAY NOW function will be unavailable on the 1st day of each month from 00:00 to 12:00 due to scheduled maintenance. It will be available for use after this maintenance period.
