Simply log in to Manage Order and click the option to "switch to eSIM"
Please check that your device is eSIM-compatible. Upon requesting for an eSIM, your physical SIM card will be immediately deactivated
Once you have confirmed to switch, your eSIM QR code will be emailed to you, along with a "Your SIM has been activated" email.
