1. Simply head over to the Manage Order page and login. (Alternatively, you can go to https://www.circles.life/sg > Help > Manage Order).
2. Scroll down and select ‘Request SIM Replacement’. You’ll receive an OTP (One-Time Password) via email to verify your identity and protect your account.
3. Select Your Circles.Life Number. Fill in your NRIC/ID number, select either Physical SIM or eSIM (Check eSIM compatible device), and select "Lost SIM or device" under SIM Replacement REASON. Click "Submit"
* Upon requesting for an eSIM, your physical SIM card will be immediately deactivated.
4. Please note: There will be an identity verification required to ensure the SIM swap request to eSIM is genuine. You will be prompted to verify via your Singpass. You will be notified via email once verification is completed.
5. After verification, your eSIM QR code will be emailed to you.
6. Scan the QR code to install the eSIM into your device. Please ensure you have a stable WiFi connection.
7. Finally, you will need to activate your eSIM via your mobile app here. Once activated, you are all set to go!
