UPDATE on 1 May 2023: All port-in customers, who transfer their number from other telcos after Dec 2018, will be receiving their S$10.09 bill waiver forever (which will give you $18.17 for 20GB / $38.36 for 100GB), instead of only $10 bill waiver previously. This will show up in their May bill and then apply to subsequent monthly bills. The reason for this is starting 1 May 2023, customers will see the 8% GST mandated by the Singapore government applied on specific products such as Base Plan and Unlimited Data Add-on amongst others. For the full list of products impacted by the GST hike, please refer here.
IMPORTANT:
- Your first-month bill will be prorated based on your activation date and your waiver will be prorated too. You will receive a full $10.09 waiver for the following months onward.
- Upon successful delivery, your SIM card will be automatically activated with a temporary number even if number transfer has not yet initiated.
- If your number transfer has failed: You have 30 days after your SIM Card is delivered to re-initiate your transfer to be eligible for the $10.09 bill waiver (click here to learn how to re-initiate number transfer). Once the 30 days passed and the transfer is still not successful, you will not be eligible for this cashback.
