Before transferring, ensure you have deleted the eSIM from your old phone. For instructions on how to remove an eSIM:
2. Resend Your eSIM QR Code
Log into your account here to request resending the eSIM QR code to your registered email.
3. Request Confirmation
Don’t forget to click 'Confirm' to trigger the new eSIM request.
4. Install Your eSIM
Upon confirmation, we will be sending the new eSIM QR code to your registered email address. Follow the steps provided to install your eSIM.

Important things to note:
- Every eSIM can only be added to and removed from any device for a maximum of 10 times.
- Any subsequent transfer will require a new eSIM to be sent to you, which is chargeable one-time in your next bill for $25.00.
