- Ensure that you have first deleted the eSIM from your old phone.
- Log into your account here to resend your eSIM QR code to your registered email.
- Scan the QR code into your new phone.

Update: Please note that every eSIM can only be added to and removed from any device for a maximum of 3 times. Any subsequent transfer will require a new eSIM to be sent to you, which is chargeable one-time in your next bill for $25.00.
