After you successfully made your payment through a debt collection agency/bank transfer/credit card, reactivation can only be done via Circles.Life app
IMPORTANT!
Due to your delinquent account status after being sent to a debt collection agency, unfortunately, we have to downgrade you to a different plan if you choose to reactivate your account. Please read this article carefully to understand what the plan entails.


1. Open your Circles.Life App Dashboard, you will see an option to reinstate or terminate your account on the top banner (if you choose to terminate, your number will be terminated immediately and you won't be able to transfer your number to another telco if you wish to)
2. Choose "Reinstate" if you wish to reactivate your number, you will see a brief overview of your new downgraded plan
3. Confirm your reinstatement request
4. Done!
