Q1: How will Circles.Life launch the Samsung Galaxy S21?
Pre-order (starts 15 - 28 January 2021): During this period, you can start purchasing the model of your choice. Delivery dates are available on a first come first serve basis.
Launch (~29 January 2021 onwards): The Samsung Galaxy S21 stock will only be available to the market from 29 January 2021 onwards and we will then arrange for deliveries. Be prepared to receive your phones very soon after the 29th!
*Note: Dates are a rough timeline that are subject to change based on Samsung’s announcement.
Q2: What are the options available to pay for my phone?
We have two existing modes of payment:
1) Full upfront payment: You can use any debit and/or credit card if you’re paying upfront.
-- 24 months, $0 upfront
-- 24 months, $200 upfront
Currently, users can only use DBS and POSB credit cards for installments.
P.S. Did you know that customers across Singapore cannot use debit cards for installment payments at all? Who knew! Installment payments are only available for credit cards!
Q3: If I choose to pay for my phone via installments, when will the first month charge be made?
Your installment fee for the first month will be charged upon purchase of the phone.
Q4: What is the pricing of the Samsung Galaxy S21 phones?
We will sell the Samsung Galaxy S21 phones at market retail prices. However, in the case of an industry-wide supply shortage, we may have to adjust prices slightly. Fret not, if you have already ordered and paid for your phone, you will not be affected by the price adjustments.
Q5: When will I receive my phone?
Upon pre-ordering or purchasing your phone, you will be able to select a delivery date. Do note that delivery dates are available on a first-come-first-serve basis and that the Samsung Galaxy S21 stock will only be available to the market from 29 January 2021 onwards. We will then arrange for deliveries.
From the time of purchase to the arrival of your phone, you will receive constant updates on the Samsung Galaxy S21 and the status of your phone delivery.

Q6: I just pre-registered and deposited $50. What comes next?
A unique promo code that entitles you to free 3 months unlimited data will be sent to you on 15 January 2021 via email, along with the purchase link for your phone. Use the code when making your purchase to redeem your perk.
Q7: When will my deposit be refunded?
Whether you purchase the phone or not, all refunds will be processed on 29 January 2021. It will be credited to the card you used for payment. The transaction process may take up to 15 working days depending on your bank.
Q8: Can I request for an early refund?
Early refunds are processed on a case to case basis. If there is an urgent need, please reach out to our CH experts on Live Chat.
Q9: I have paid a pre-registration fee of $50. However, I have changed my mind and want a refund. What should I do?
We’re sorry to see you go! However, all users will be refunded their $50 pre-registration fee, even if you do not purchase a phone. These refunds will be processed by 29 January 2021, directly to your bank account. However, it may take up to 15 more working days depending on your bank’s processing time. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
Q10: How will I know if my $50 fee has been refunded?
You will receive an electronic invoice in your email to notify you that your $50 has been refunded. The process will depend on your payment gateway. Additionally, when the refunds have been processed on 29 January 2021, we’ll send you another email to confirm that your refund has been processed.
