How do I install my Jetpac eSIM?

Option A: Scan the QR code

1. Open Settings on your phone.
2. Go to Mobile Data / Cellular (iOS) or Connections → SIM Manager (Android).
3. Tap Add eSIM / Add mobile plan.
4. Scan the QR code from Jetpac’s email.
5. Give it a label like “Jetpac Travel” so it’s easy to spot later.
6. Set Jetpac as your Mobile Data line (you can keep Circles.Life for calls/SMS).
7. Leave it off until you arrive.

Option B: Install via the Jetpac app

1. Install and open the Jetpac app.
2. Sign in with the same email you used to purchase.
3. Follow the in-app prompts to download and add the eSIM.

Quick tips

• On iOS, after installation, go to Settings → Cellular → Cellular Data, choose Jetpac. Consider turning Off “Allow Cellular Data Switching” so your phone doesn’t hop back to your Circles.Life line for data.
• On Android, ensure Jetpac eSIM is set as Preferred SIM for Data in Settings → Network & Internet / Connections.
• If prompted for Data Roaming, turn it On for Jetpac (and Off for your Circles.Life line).
