Follow the instructions below to activate your Circles.Life eSIM on your device.
Adding eSIM to Your iPhone (iOS)
Step 1: Update Your Device
Make sure your iPhone is running the latest iOS version before starting the activation process.
Step 2: Activate Your eSIM
Go to Manage Order to activate your eSIM.
Once activation is successful, you will receive a confirmation SMS, and your mobile plan will be ready to use.
Step 3: Open Mobile Data Settings
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Mobile Data.
Step 4: Add Your eSIM Plan
- Tap Add Data Plan or Add Mobile Data.
- Your phone’s QR code scanner will automatically open.
Step 5: Scan Your eSIM QR Code
Open the eSIM QR code sent to your email on another device (such as a computer or tablet). Then use your phone to scan the QR code.
Tip: Search your inbox for the email with the subject: “Circles.Life Your eSIM QR code.”
Follow the prompts on your device to complete the installation.
Note: You may see M1 listed as the carrier when adding the eSIM. This is normal, and your plan will still be connected to the Circles mobile network.
Adding eSIM to Your Android Device
Step 1: Activate Your eSIM
Go to Manage Order to activate your eSIM.
Once activation is successful, you will receive a confirmation SMS, and your mobile plan will be ready for use.
Step 2: Open Network Settings
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Network & Internet.
Step 3: Add a Mobile Network
- Tap the “+” icon next to Mobile Network.
Step 4: Choose How You Want to Use eSIM
Option A: Use eSIM Only
When prompted with “Use 2 numbers?”, select “No thanks.”
Your phone’s QR code scanner will open.
Option B: Use Both a Physical SIM and eSIM
- Tap Continue.
- Select Restart.
- Repeat Step 3 to open the QR code scanner.
Step 5: Scan Your eSIM QR Code
Scan the QR code sent to your email and follow the instructions on your device to install your eSIM.
Tip: Search your inbox for the email titled: “Circles.Life Your eSIM QR code.”
